Water Cycling

Aqua brought the European trend to the states and since then it has been catching on like wildfire. There is no reason to be intimidated, the studio has got everything you need to get in, and get on with your day – even if you are popping in during your lunch hour! Benefits include, enhanced blood-flow, impact-free on joints, improve cardio-vascular endurance. What is not to be obsessed with about taking your favorite cycling routine in the water?

Bootcamps

If you thought bootcamps were hot in 2013, wait till you see what this year has in store. Studios like Amenzone are taking bootcamps to the next level with their 60-minute classes that incorporate large tires, cardio and strength circuits. Grab a friend, you are in for a good time!

Core Fusion

Core Fusion has got exactly what you need to strengthen and tone up, which is probably why everybody is signing up for the popular class. The program has been described as soul-seeking and energy-inducing with a focus on core strength. With the use of weights, balls, bands, and your own body weight as resistance, this program will keep you burning calories long after the class is over which is probably why it only continues to grow in popularity. Dance Cardio

When it comes to a full-body, heart-pumping, fun workout there is nothing that does the trick like a dance cardio class and Body By Simone is changing the game with its intimate, intense classes.
