Water Cycling

Aqua brought the European trend to the states and since then it has been catching on like wildfire. There is no reason to be intimidated, the studio has got everything you need to get in, and get on with your day – even if you are popping in during your lunch hour! Benefits include, enhanced blood-flow, impact-free on joints, improve cardio-vascular endurance. What is not to be obsessed with about taking your favorite cycling routine in the water?

With the use of weights, balls, bands, and your own body weight as resistance, this program will keep you burning calories long after the class is over which is probably why it only continues to grow in popularity.
