In my fitness career I have had the opportunity to work with some amazing clients. One in particular stands out in my mind. When she first came to me she was depressed, overweight, and had no motivation to improve her lifestyle. After giving her the accountability and guidance that she needed, she showed me how impactful I was in her life. She told me all she needed was that extra push and for someone to care. I have discovered when you love what you do you will never work a day in your life.

Life begins at the end of your comfort zone. Don’t be afraid to try something new and challenge yourself everyday.
