When I lost 40 lbs and went from a size 18 to a size 10 two and a half years ago and decided to be an instructor, it was lots of hard work and dedication but to coin the phrase in the L’Oreal adverts : ‘Because you’re worth it’ – take that small step now that will lead to big changes in your future!

Best Fit Tip:

Take a short nap if you can before your workout, it will just give you that extra bit of energy if you work long hours.
