Completing a triathlon 2 months after having my first child. I knew at that point, anything is possible!  That experience is my personal inspiration and how I help my participants find their own defining moment to take it to the next level.

Best Fit Tip:

Take yourself out of your comfort zone! Find fitness that you love and that truly challenges you – you will be suprised at what you can do! Exercise should become part of your life instead a daily chore.  Establish a routine that provides a variety of different workouts within a consistent schedule. Some exercise is always better than none at all! Lastly, it’s a total myth that workouts should be miserable – find what motivates you and always have at least a little fun!

PSF water bottle, Sticky Be barre socks, extra lululemon outfit for those days were I teach early and then again later, fresh music for class and a bunch of ‘glamorous’ items for my 3 kids.

Favorite Local Post-Burn Treat:

Lately I’ve been completely addicted to Oikos organic plain Greek yogurt with fresh blueberries and a sprinkling of Bear Naked Peak Protein Granola…super simple, satisfying and delicious!
