My BurnThis Moment:

My defining fitness moment was when I was asked to co-direcetor of FlexBarre at FLEX Studios. I already knew I loved teaching, but this opportunity took things to a different level. Not only was I able to be a part of creating the program, but I was also able to watch it grow and see clients as well as teachers enjoy it. Getting positive feedback on FlexBarre never gets old. It is always rewarding and makes me proud of the work we do at FLEX!

Best Fit Tip:

Abs are made in the studio but revealed in the kitchen! I am not saying that I NEVER indulge, that said 80% of my diet consists of whole, fresh, non-processed foods with natural sugar. You will see results much more quickly by eating right most of the time! Don’t put all of your hard gym work to waste! It really does take two, eating right and exercise.

I always have water and a snack – usually a piece of fruit or a Lara bar – Toe Sox and deodorant.

Favorite Local Post-Burn Treat:

I wish I had a more exciting answer, but I cook and bring a lot of my own food! I love a smoothie after a workout. A great one is spinach, bananas, blueberries, almond butter, cocoa nibs and almond milk! I can make this in my Nutri-Bullet to bring with me.
