Get out of your comfort zone, that’s where the good stuff happens!

My BurnThis Moment:

When I started focusing on strength not size, which lead right into the realization that working out should be something I did for me and how it made me feel on the inside not just outside. Strong body, strong mind!  Also, realizing that my 100% isn’t the same everyday, so sometimes my workouts may not be as ‘intense’ but as long as I get in there and give all that I can at that time,  I can’t loose. Bottom line, don’t beat yourself up cause there’s no such thing as a ‘bad workout’.

Best Fit Tip:

Get uncomfortable! Don’t stop when the burn starts push right through it! Even holding that plank  just 5 seconds longer than the last time adds up and makes a big difference!
