“I’m not even tired!!!” (Say it enough and you will believe it – it’s how I get through the last 6 miles of a marathon).
My BurnThis Moment:
The first time I ran 16 miles I truly felt invincible. Doing something I originally thought was impossible is what motivates me as an athlete and as an instructor. Everyone deserves to have that feeling!

Set goals. Whether it’s a race, a handstand, or a deadlift goal, measured progress helps to keep you motivated and honest.
