My BurnThis Moment:

Qualifying for Boston on my first marathon attempt.  I trained mostly with high intensity bodyweight circuits and proved to myself that you don’t need to run 40 miles a week to earn a respectable marathon time.  And taking the leap with Brian Gallagher and signing the lease for Throwback Fitness’ own dedicated studio.

Best Fit Tip:

Bring a buddy and make your workouts into games and competitions.  You’ll enjoy it a lot more.
