Best Fit Tip:
Train hard and then REST hard! I love to endlessly run and lunge and crunch myself to a sweaty pulp, but I try to make sure that I always get enough sleep when seriously training. I incorporate at least one day of yoga a week to keep everything happy and open. Also, if you are a major workout fanatic you should consider a massage every few weeks as a piece of your regimen – not only a luxury. Treat your life partner (your body) with respect!!
