My BurnThis Moment:
I was flown over to Japan to dance as a guest principal with The New National Ballet Tokyo. The expectations were high! I was so nervous but when I stepped out on to the stage, but I knew I was in the best shape I could possible be. I had put the work in so I manage to let go and enjoy every minute, feeling so confident that my body would do everything I needed and wanted it to do.

Think about what you want to achieve with your body and fitness level. Do a bit of research past the six pack poster girl image and the catchy strap lines and pick an exercise method that has structure, thought and purpose behind it, as well as being enjoyable. Everyone enjoys exercising more when they are getting the results they want.
