Banana Protein Muffin

If you have a fully-loaded day ahead and need a treat that serves you, the banana protein muffin is the perfect on-the-go meal that keeps you full for a longer time. This healthy snack comes without any additional sugar & fat added.

Ingredients:

*2 scoops protein powder (I personally prefer Syntha-6 cookies and cream)

*4 egg whites

*2 tbsp. fat free Greek yogurt

*1⁄2 cup oats

*1 banana

*Cinnamon or stevia for sweetening, it depends on your taste. I usually add 2tsp. stevia.

*1 tsp. baking powder

*1 tsp. baking soda

 

Blend all of the ingredients until the mixture is smooth, put the mixture in a muffin tin and bake at 350 F for 10-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Don’t forget to use a non-stick cooking spray for the tin and preheat the oven.
