Mango-Banana Tropical Delight Smoothie
I love making smoothies on the weekends to pair with brunch or just drink as a healthy snack. I am excited to share this Mango-Banana Tropical Delight smoothies – one of my personal favorites – to power up your morning or fuel your workout! The secret is adding a serving of spinach, a nutritional powerhouse that has many health benefits. The flavors from the mango and bananas will cover up any spinach taste, making this a deliciously drinkable treat!
1 ripe mango
1 small ripe banana
1 cup chopped spinach
120 ml (4 fl oz) orange juice
150 ml (5 fl oz) coconut milk
2 tsp lime juice
1 tsp honey
2 tbsp vanilla frozen yogurt
1. Peel the skin from the mango then chop in smaller pieces
2. Cut banana in slices
3. Add mango, banana and spinach to blender
4. Add coconut milk, orange juice, lime juice, honey and frozen yogurt
5. Blend on maximum speed for about 30 seconds or until mixed and frothy
