  • We read great things about i.d. gym from all the hottest Chicago magazines, and couldn’t wait to try it.   In the adorable neighborhood on Lincoln Park, i.d is the go-to studio for 20 and 30-somethings that love fitness, and like to have fun while doing it.   Even at 6 o’clock in the morning, the studio had a family feel.  We went to a student-favorite class: spinning with Brent.   While the studio is known for CrossFit, the spin class was so good, we could have been in a spin-only studio!  The music pumped us through the whole session, taking us through hills and sprints that made us sweat!  With all of the options at i.d. gym, we can’t wait to come back.  We certainly made the most of our workout!
