Looking to try something new? Zazen’s Floatation Services leave you floating on your back in water in a completely dark room – forget about your hectic schedule while you find a little zen.

At A Glance: Maiden Lane offers Pilates, Barre, and Yoga Classes integrated with nutrition, mind-body health, and lifestyle services. Their mission is to take a comprehensive and supportive approach to health & well-being in a beautiful setting. At A Glance: Glow Yoga is your destination if you are looking for a total feel good destination. In addition to their vigorous yoga classes, which are held at a heat between 75-80 degrees, you can also treat yourself to massages, facials, and other therapies, right at the studio!
For The Bootcamper
Locations: Marina & Hayes Valley
At A Glance: Basic Training is not your basic bootcamp. This seriously addicting workout combines jumps, squats, sprints, hurdles, and stairs to push yourself beyond your limits. The real fun is that their workouts are outdoors with a variety of times and locations to choose from.
At A Glace: BootcampSF is an outdoor bootcamp where each each day is something completely different, so you’ll never get bored. Exercises include cardio training, cross training, and strength training. Get committed! Programs are six weeks, 4 days a week, one hour workouts.

At A Glace: BodyFi’s dedicated approach to personal training, Pilates, and TRX will get you the results you want in the least amount of time. No excuses, TRX classes are 14 people, but at only 30 minutes long, you are sure to find time to squeeze it into your busy day.
If You’re Pumped On Pilates

At A Glance: Pilates ProWorks is more than just a Pilates studio. Classes offered included Pilates, Barre and TRX classes to mix up your routine and make sure your workout never gets stale! Short on time? Check out their 40Works class, a rockin workout in 40 minutes.

At A Glance: Mercury Pilates is an athletic and challenging Pilates workout using Mat and/or Pilates Apparatus that will make you sweat and toned. The studio’s dim lighting and burning candles evokes a sense of mystery and sexiness. Don’t you think feeling hot is the best motivation?

At A Glance: The Body Gallery specializes in “the art of personalized Pilates”- that means private Pilates sessions only. The expert trainers are trying to get you to live an active life, and feel young in your body no matter what your age!
At A Glace: The Corner Studio offers Pilates, Gyrotonic, and interval training. Everyone is welcome at The Corner Studio from the ultra-fit to the first timers, and those coming back from an injury.
At A Glance: Bodyrok‘s Sculpting classes are a sweaty 40-minute workout that is Pilates inspired and done on the Megaformer machine. The studio exudes intensity! From the instructors to the music and students, Bodyrok is upbeat and invigorating.
For The Barre Fly

At A Glace: The Bar Method works every muscle in your body through small isometric movements using a ballet barre and additional props. New to barre? They offer classes of all levels so you never feel overwhelmed or not challenged. Each class is in a group and has amazing music that keeps your motivated throughout the entire 60 minutes.
At A Glace: Pure Barre is a total body workout, where you will actual see results after just 10 classes. Don’t take our word for it, try it! Classes are set to motivating, well-timed playlists while instructors utilize weights, the ballet barre, balls, and a band to intensify the workout. All classes are 60 minutes, served sweaty all day long from 6:30am-7:00pm.

At A Glace: The Dailey Method works every muscle in your body through strengthening and stretching using the ballet barre, core conditioning and yoga exercises.
At A Glace: Taylor Fit offers barre workouts that are “tailored” to work your entire body with high-energy, one-hour classes. In addition to toning your bod, Taylor Fit’s exercises specifically target your metabolic rate to keep it working long after you leave the studio.
